PLEASE NOTE: If you have followed a link from Facebook, Messengers or another social media app then you MUST complete the Google sign in process in a browser to comply with Google's secure browsers policy, i.e. use the 'Open in ...' option.
If you would like to participate in the Long COVID Registry, please sign in or sign up to a Google account to join. This will create a participant ID linked to your Google account which you can use to log in.
Using Google to join does not mean Google gets access to your data, it means your registry data are protected using a secure and encrypted authentication (login) method.
If you decide to take part, you can leave the survey at any time; when you return, logging in will bring you to where you left off.
